The diaries and accessories they have purchased are at the top end of the market and a general analysis of overall response rates for this database has confirmed an average response of 10-15% within first mailings. This is a fully personalised list targeting key personnel responsible for personal and/or office product purchasing. The list is made up of 60% business addresses and 40% private addresses. The list is continually update, but predominantly during the last six months of the year based on direct contact with individuals on the list. Data can be flagged for reference against future orders if required.
