The database is updated four times a year and there are three major product segments, they are: General Merchandise Purchasers: Direct response buyers who have purchased personalised products for the children in their lives. The majority of new names are generated in pre-Christmas activity between August and December. Identity Direct: Products include growth charts, iron on clothing labels, book labels, personalised lunch boxes, pencils, pens and more. Labels By Mail: Products include classic labels and signature labels. Catalogue Purchasers: Are direct response buyers who have purchased products both personalised and non-personalised from the identity direct catalogue which is distributed several times a year. Will Kit purchasers are direct response buyers who have purchased a Will Kit from Ortega Publishing.
