Database Description

This is the only list of builders that is compiled independently and it does not rely on builders subscribing to anything. They are listed free of charge. The data can be manipulated to list architect-designed home builders, project home builders, land and home package builders, commercial builders plus a range of sub-specialisations in commercial. It is available with telemarketing data and mail data plus emails compliant with the Spam Act. Roughly two thirds of firms listed have an email address that meets the inferred consent provision of the Spam Act. To maintain the integrity of the data, we do not list small builders who do fewer than 5 houses per year.

All mailings to be undertaken by approved mail house unless otherwise agreed. Multi Use (mail, phone, fax) $1,500 per 1,000 records.

  2. All campaigns are subject to data owner's approval. Not available for competitive products.
  3. Mailing production must be undertaken by an AML approved mailing house.
  4. AML accepts no liability in the context of the accuracy of this database.
  5. AML has no responsibility for the success r failure of a campaign.
  6. Quantities quoted are approximate. Check quantities prior to budgeting.
  7. Costs are subject to change without notice.
  8. Extra costs may be incurred for complicated selections or yield requests and delivery data.
  9. Copying of any mailing list is strictly prohibited.
  10. All Databases are seeded with false records to detect unauthorised use.
